Local designer and proprietorSandy Varzarschi held the Silkwood ribbon cutting ceremony May 15, and will continue grand opening celebrations throughout June.   

Combining environmentally conscious with an elegant fashion sense, Silkwood offers a fresh venue with selections from US and European designers of women’s apparel. 

“Our styles are fun, unique, and chic including a treasure chest of hard to find designer lines,” Sandy says.

Clients will discover lines such as Mike Lanes Jeans, Reveal bags, Hannah Jo, French Sole NY, Cop-Copine, Brandy & Melville, Sunlight, and Arbel Avishag (maternity).

Sandy's artistic talents shine with personally designed and hand sewn, vintage inspired, children's clothing created of Organic fibers and natural dyes. 

Silkwood’s grand opening celebrations will continue throughout June including a complimentary gift with $100 purchase and the raffle of a gift basket (value $150).
