Heart of a champion: Lake O dedicates title to inspirational leader | Sports & Recreation

Lake Oswego High School finally won its first football championship over the weekend and then handed the trophy to Jeff Young, an honorary coach living with Lou Gehrig's disease. Young has helped teach the Lakers what it means to be a champion by writing motivational messages to the team every week for the past decade and this title is for him.
